Jason Heise

CEO & President
 Jason brings to the company his experience in finance, accounting and marketing.  Jason believes in working towards a common solution with the company's clients. He achieves this by taking into consideration the clients' needs, priorities and expectations, and ensuring that the company provides quality products and services that best suit their needs.

Jason can be seen volunteering his time in many community organizations, including Rotary and the Chamber of Commerce.

Robert Renman

Vice President, Design & Development
Robert has a Master's Degree in Informatics from the University of Umea, Sweden and draws on his experience from teaching Computing Science at Augustana Faculty. Robert's background in Informatics and Computing Science gives him a unique understanding of Information Technology and its use in supporting people in everyday activities. Robert is one of those rare people who is very creative and artistic as well as being skilled in writing code and developing applications that are easy to use.

Robert is a well-known guitarist in the local music scene and also a very accomplished long distance runner.

Jeff McDevitt

Vice President, Marketing & Production
Jeff has a University education in Computing Science and in-depth experience and skills in many areas of marketing and multimedia technology. Jeff's passion for creative multimedia drives him to continually advance his skills and understanding of design, development and marketing.  Some of his talents include creative web and graphic design and creating innovative solutions to complex issues. Jeff brings enthusiasm and an innovative perspective to our firm.

Jeff is involved in community sports, mostly slow pitch and hockey, and also has be known to give his time to various community organizations.

Ivan Nesdoly

Vice President, Sales & Client Relations
Ivan provides Vital Effect with years of sales, marketing and advertising experience. He heads up all of our sales efforts and has major input into all of our advertising and marketing projects.

Ivan's outgoing and caring demeanour can be seen throughout the community with his continuous church and community involvement. 

Roxanne Nesdoly

Bookkeeper/Administration Assistant
Roxanne has many years of bookkeeping and administration experience in both the private business and non-profit sectors. Her organizational skills help hold our office together.

She enjoys being with family and friends and is willing to help out where ever she is needed.

 

 

Max Wilhelm

Web Designer

Max brings with him a fresh view on designing a wide variety of websites using technology such as CSS, PHP, XHTML, JavaScript and Actions Script. Max possesses an education in Design from NAIT. He is a firm believer in designing websites that look aesthetically pleasing but also meet usability standards.

Max enjoys unique music and his awesome car.
